Option one: Always have a companion who's guaranteed to be sober, has a great knowledge of the area and access to reliable transportation. Otherwise, you'd wake from your drunken stupor and find yourself outside the establishment you got drunk in, minus all your valuables -expected outcome.

Option two: If a police team cruises by and you are lucky (Tip 1 -create a ruckus or at least try to look troublesome), you'll get a "lift" and be accomodated in a police station without a deposit but you'll need to settle your bills before you are let go.

Note: If you choose option two, have some form of identification and VERY LITTLE cash/valuables. You might need to call someone to come and bail you out when you are sober though.
