My map has changed and randomly selected countries that I've 'lived in' (but haven't). There is no save button, so every time I change it back it just goes back to the wrong way.

My map shows that I lived in Egypt...I have never even been there! I change it back, but it doesn't stick. (other changes go through fine) Also, I have been to England, but it wont show as "visited". However, if I select "dont' show UK states" then it shows me as having been to the UK.

Ditto on all the above problems. Also, after removing the application to start anew, it reverts to the old, wrong, map.

I cannot get the Find Friends feature to work with Facebook Connect. The site confirms that I have logged in using Facebook Connect but does nothing else after that...

All of the above, the application needs a save button, or a better Edit construction, otherwise it will keep doing the same, regardless how much info. one enters.., I haven't lived in Sudan... it keeps showing up...

Used to be good, new update has completely messed everything up. Apparently I've lived in Egypt, which is news to me! I click to say I don't want America to show as States...it gets rid of the States, but then next time I look at the map, the States have reappeared again. Same with Australian states and UK. Click to say I've lived in England. Forgets this change next time round. Gonna be uninstalling app shortly, which is a shame as it used to be one of my favourites. Don't fix what ain't broken!

Over three thousand of the trivia points I'd earned have now disappeared... guess I won't be educating a child in India after all!

Trivia reset to 0, awesome!
Canada no longer has any provinces or territories.
Apparently there was not enough testing before going live with this. You might be better off rolling it back to the old version until this bug ridden beast is really ready.

Your trivia is not reset to 0. It is just taking a little while to pull all of the information to the new site. All of your old information will transfer over, so just wait a little while and it will be back to normal! Thank you so much for your comments. We really appreciate them!

When I click on certain countries (mainly islands) to say i want to go there, it keeps saying an error has occurred .

Most of the cities that i recently added as having been there have disappeared from my map (as well as the comments I appended about that location), and a few countries have appeared as places I've been though I've never been near any of them (e.g., Oman, Georgia, Somalia).

Hey there!
Like most people above, my map seems to be crazy. I´ve lived in England but instead it keeps showing as if I´ve lived in Egypt. Also, my facebook map shows a bunch of countries I´ve never been and I can´t remove them.

The Canadian provinces were turned off and every time I turn them back on it reverts back to off.

Canada's provinces have disappeared & the new 'country' map has taken me to places I've never been while eliminating others. When I've tried to correct the map it defaults to the new crazy one. The majority of my cities are no longer marked. My points/dollars have disappeared. I went from seeing 10% of the Earth to 5% even though your program added new countries to my list.

I just did a facebook connect, and lost EVERYTHING i had previously accomplished on my profile, it all went back to zero, map, bucks, trivia quesitons, everything. I wanted so badly to support this website, contribute content and be an active participant, but there are too many kinks yet to work out, it's simply not ready. I'm sorry, I gave it a shot! The issue with the IP location has now been fixed. You should no longer see Egypt as your current location anymore. Please let me know if you continue to have troubles with thisCheers

Looking forward to having provinces in Canada.
My "I have seen xx% of the world" has gone from 23% in the old version to 9% in the new version.
Trivia still shows 0.
My countries were restored but my having lived in the state of Georgia, USA was changed to me having lived in Georgia, the former Soviet republic. I fixed this and the change seems to be holding.
Still not impressed... I haven't removed WIB... but I think all of our patience is soon running out.

I completely understand how frustrating it is to go from having a certain amount of your map filled out and completed to almost nothing. We are constantly working on upgrading the site and fighting off the bugs, so thanks for your patience and understanding at this time. I am thrilled that you haven't removed WIB and we hope that you will give us a second chance :)

When I clicked the WIB tab in FB this morning I got a graphic saying that I was running IE6 (I was actually running IE7). I upgraded to IE8 but still get the same message if I open FB using IE. In FireFox I can see my maps but can't access "edit settings" or "edit profile".
