   Kosovo is not yet fully independent. Many countries still have to recognize it as being independent from Serbia, but it´s just a matter of time. I totally agree it has to be on WIB map. Why shouldn´t it? Cabinda is on the map, and it´s not even independent from Angola...

   Good Point there are probably even more places like that on the map. hopefully a person working for WIB can give us an answer why
