"I was a little disappointed. Historic Scotland has made the place too pretty. All the concrete walks, guardrails and neatly mowed grass makes the ruin look artificial. On the other hand I don't find the well done visitor's center to be as offensive as was feared when it was built. It blends into the hillside nicely."
